The fourth and final phase, Noor IV, is currently under construction and will use photovoltaic panels to convert sunlight directly into electricity. This phase is expected to have a capacity of 70 MW and will complete the Noor complex, making it one of the largest solar power plants in the world.

The Noor complex is a testament to the potential of solar energy to provide clean and sustainable power on a large scale. The plant is expected to reduce carbon emissions by over 700,000 tons per year and save over three million cubic meters of water annually compared to fossil fuel power plants.
